Children of lower-income families often rely on subsidized school lunches for their nourishment. When school is out, many are left vulnerable to hunger and malnutrition. The Academy will be collecting donations through the end of July. Drop-off hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Urgently needed items include:

  • Soup
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Shelf-stable milk
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Canned meat
  • Granola bars
  • Packages of cheese and crackers

Covid19 has financially impacted so many families and individuals.  Please join us in helping to care for those in our community for whom food is scarce.

You need not enter our building in order to safely donate your non-perishable food items. A bin will be provided outside our front door during business hours, now through July 9. Please note that we will be closed on July 3 in observance of Independence Day.
