This is a special time of the year, when members and staff pause to recognize past accomplishments and set sights even higher for the coming year. Program development, from Culinary and Multimedia, to Arts and Technology, is a shared responsibility based on a process of inclusion. Everyone has a chance to have his\/her voice and opinions heard.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Our annual planning sessions involve a 3-step process: review accomplishments of the past year, identify current challenges, and set future goals. In this way, we have an appraisal of our progress while setting a vision for the coming year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s planning sessions were well attended and met with a lot of enthusiasm.
