Program development, from Culinary and Multimedia, to Arts and Technology, is a shared responsibility based on a process of inclusion. Everyone has a chance to have his\/her voice and opinions heard.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Our annual planning sessions involve a 3-step process: review accomplishments of the past year, identify current challenges, and set future goals. In this way, we have an appraisal of our progress while setting a vision for the coming year.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s planning sessions were well attended and met with a lot of enthusiasm.
