It’s hard to believe that the holidays are upon us! 2020 has been an unprecedented year in so many ways, and we have been challenged to find new ways to honor our routines and move forward in our productive lives. As we set our sights on the holiday season which, for many of us, represents a time to come together in celebration and gratitude, we know that this year is going to look quite different. Members and staff unanimously decided that it is not worth the potential health risk to gather, as we always have, to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Instead, we will be commemorating the holiday throughout the week with daily Thanksgiving-inspired menus and activities that aim to put us in touch with our gratitude.

Rest assured; our culinary team is already hard at work preparing for a feast. On Thanksgiving Day, several members and staff will deliver Thanksgiving dinners with all the trimmings to any member who has requested one. Even in these times when we can’t be together, we make sure that no one feels alone.

From the Academy to you, we wish you good health, peace, and prosperity. May you find the joy in small things and recognize the blessings that surround you.

It’s hard to believe that the holidays are upon us! 2020 has been an unprecedented year in so many ways, and we have been challenged to find new ways to…
[17
119,225,226
