As we look back on 2020, with a deep level of appreciation for the journey traveled and renewed hope for the new year ahead, we realize just how challenging this year has been. Amid all the ups and downs, we have grown closer as a community, united in our shared journey to wellness. We end the year with eight consecutive months of successful onsite services to members, with no limitation in programs or hours. We have so much to be thankful for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In typical fashion, we begin the New Year by reflecting on our lives and setting goals for the future. Here are some of our New Year resolutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDonate money to the homeless.\u201d – Raheem Vassell \u2022 \u201cRead more, spend time with nephews and learn as much as possible to be a great teacher.\u201d – Terrell Henry \u2022 \u201cGet healthier and lose weight.\u201d – Dariel Paredes \u2022 \u201cContinue my three-day per week Academy schedule.\u201d – Kevin Luckner \u2022 \u201cMaintain good health by practicing self-care.\u201d – Jeff Jean \u2022 \u201cLose 10 pounds.\u201d – Matt Thomas \u2022 \u201cVolunteer more with the Florida Eagle Watch program.\u201d – Joanne Campbell \u2022 \u201cAct as if each day is the last day of my life.\u201d – Lisa Hillje \u2022 \u201cReach a healthy weight for my physical wellness.\u201d – Jerry Clancy \u2022 \u201cCultivate gratitude and count my blessings each day.\u201d – William McKeever \u2022 \u201cSpend more time with family and graduate from college.\u201d – Vanessa Alcantara \u2022 \u201cLose weight.\u201d – Torre-Anna Blakney \u2022 \u201cRead a new book each month.\u201d – Patty Haltinner \u2022 \u201cAchieve a higher belt in Karate.\u201d – Ben Burnside \u2022 \u201cBe kind to animals.\u201d – Anonymous \u2022 \u201cSave more money.\u201d – Aaron Collmer<\/p>\n\n\n\n
